We are an engineering company focusing on development projects in the safety, energy, clean tech and transport sectors. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with others at any stage on an innovation journey.
We are innovators
We can support you with projects ranging from clean sheet invention to specific innovation problem solving. Our services range from IP development and protection, technical work, testing, supply chain creation, production scale up and go to market strategy creation. Our experience ranges from small bespoke projects to the development of mass market products.
We are analysts
We can help you analyse data to make robust and informed decisions. Using data analysis, machine learning methods, AI techniques, simulation and mathematical modelling we can support you to draw meaningful conclusions that aid your decision making process.
We are advisors
We can provide support in the form of advice or consulting to help you develop new products, new services and new strategies. We can support the whole process or specific elements where you need help.
Our particular areas of expertise cover EV adoption and EV charging infrastructure, the energy transition and the development and scale up of supply chains, manufacturing and operations.
Team - Rob Walden
Rob has been at the leading edge of the EV industry for more than 10 years. As a director of Pod Point, he led technical development and operations in EV charging. Providing technical and business leadership to help the company to scale to the household name it is today.

Team - Stef Church
Stef is a talented Mathematical Engineer with industry leading knowledge and experience in simulation, data sensing, data analysis, machine learning and AI techniques.
She has developed technical simulations of real world systems for aerospace applications. Projects include using detailed sensor data to build ‘digital twin’ type simulations of aircraft flight dynamics and aircraft structural loading. She also developed computational tools to calculate aircraft emissions to enable modelling of air quality around airports such as Heathrow.
Stef also has recent training in a range machine learning and AI techniques.
